The Rim Golf Club Stay & Play package features 2 fantastic golf courses that both rank in the top 15 courses in Arizona. Enjoy average temps of 73 degrees, 2 fantastic clubhouses, 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball, spa and salon amenities.
This 2,444 square foot home has an impressive entry tower with a welcoming covered entry and foyer. Inside you’ll find the highly desirable 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom and 3 stall garage. Also featuring 12’ ceilings and expansive windows for a bright and airy feel to the open concept great room and dining room. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen features a large center island with breakfast bar for informal dining, ample counter and cabinet space, and a roomy walk-in pantry. The private master suite features a generous walk-in closet plus master bath with dual-sink vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and private water closet. The en-suite junior master features a tiled shower and walk-in closet and is adjacent to a convenient laundry room. Additional highlights include a 3rd bedroom with a dramatic ceiling and a covered patio.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If Guest wishes to cancel all or a portion of the Rental Term, Guest must notify the Rental Manager in writing at least seven (7) days before the Check-in Date. If Guest cancels all or a portion of the Rental Term less than seven (7) days before the Check-in Date, Guest will be charged $500.00 for every day canceled. The Rental Manager will make a good faith effort to re-rent the Villa for the canceled portion of the Rental Term and, in calculating the cancellation fee, the Rental Manager will give Guest credit for each night for which the Villa is re-rented. No refunds will be made for inclement weather conditions or ruined expectations for any reason.
Deposit Policy
A reservation deposit is required. A deposit is due and payable upon return of this signed Agreement in order to secure the Guest’s reservation. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the rental rate. Payment in full of the following fees, less the Reservation Deposit, will be due within 1 day prior to the Arrival Date.

This lovely new home in the mountains of AZ is a true hidden gem! We enjoyed evenings of cooking in the well appointed kitchen and grilling on the Trager. The bedding, blankets, sofa, chairs, and overall decor were all 5+ star quality. The huge glass walls open fully so we could really immerse in our surroundings. The added touch of Keurig coffee maker with pods was a nice treat. The security guards in this gated community were super friendly and made our comings and going’s so easy. We were looking for a place to rest, renew, and recharge. We found it here.

This house is a must if visiting Payson! The house is beautiful with all the right amenities. The porch is perfect for sitting and enjoying a glass of wine or coffee. From the moment we arrived we were treated with such hospitality. David made sure we were taken care of and graciously came back to the house to help us work the sliding doors. I can’t say enough about this place- we will be coming back for sure!
